What if I am late in making my payment?
  • Your monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month. North Main Self Storage provides a six-day grace period before applying a $20 late fee on the 7th day past the due date. If payment is not made, access to your unit will be denied until the full amount is paid. Late fees cannot be waived, and partial payments are not accepted. Refer to your lease or contact your storage facility for further details.

What do I need to do to move out?
  • To move out, please visit our office and inform the office manager. On your scheduled move-out day, ensure your unit is completely empty, your lock is removed, and the store manager has inspected the unit. Your security deposit will be returned if all the conditions are met.

What is the “Refer a Friend” program?
  • By referring a friend to North Main Self Storage, you can save up to $50 on your monthly rent! When your friend rents a storage unit, they need to mention your name. After they have rented for three consecutive months, you will receive up to a $50 credit on your account. This offer is only valid for new rentals by new customers. Please see the store manager for additional details.
